I am having a hard time last week and this week. Too many birthdays and crap. Sometimes it feels like I'm outside myself and watching my hand reach for the bad food.
Today was a better day. I did my kickboxing Monday , not Tuesday ( and felt really guilty after it was too late to do it) , and I did it today. My shoulder is killing me. Reminds me I have to book for my ultrasound on it...lol.
Dinner out tonight, so I'll probably have chicken and salad ( no dressing because I can't be bothered).

It seems like every month there is either a holiday or a celebration of some sort that we have to get through...ugh. But we can do it... one day at a time. Enjoy your dinner out tonight...sounds like you already have it in your head to make good choices. Proud of you!!

I ended up getting a burger with string beans. I left the bun though, so I figured that was pretty good. Now another restaurant tomorrow night...fingers crossed I do as good,lol

Thanks for the support guys, it really means a lot,xo. Had a problem with my shoulder for about 6 years now. Took out a jump without the horse and am pretty sure I tore my rotator cuff. Usually weight conditioning helps it some, but not so much anymore.
