found all kinds of new squash at the store i have never heard of.i dont know if its the cool fall weather or what but i am having an affair with squash.kinda scared of weigh in tomorrow.been bloated.dont know if its too much cheese or the MIM.its ok.i know i have not cheated and i have been eatting right so no matter what the scale and the measuring tape say i am good.i have read alot about stress as a factor to a stall too.

1/4 c. flax meal,1/2 tsp. bake. powder, 1 pk. splenda,1 egg,1 tsp. butter or oil. u can add any spices u want.i have used cinnamon,pumpkin spice,cream cheese.delish.
