Diario de reinventingme, 17 oct. 11

I'm really struggling to get enough calories out of my 20g of net carbs.I have pretty consistently gone over my net carbs trying to get more calories in.I'm also still having cravings.I read up on Atkins.com and it says that if Im still struggling with cravings in almost surely because Im not getting enough protein.What's enough?It just seems too hard to calculate all the fresh produce and meat.I feel like it's so much guess work and I'm resorting to too many processed foods for two reasons;to make sure Im counting the carbs right and because too many Atkins bars is better than too many reese's peanut butter cups...I think. I just want to keep it simple.Feel free to share,encourage or inspire me!
