I started a cleanse this week. I stopped eating all sugar, caffeine, processed foods, and alcohol. I have lost 6 pounds in those 7 days. I have been eating a lot of fruit, vegetables, meat, and seeds. I can say I have enjoyed it.
They weight loss is a definite motivator.
