Can't Help Myself...Just Love My Pizza

Skinny Egg Pizza

I will be eating that for my Dinner tonight....so if you miss looking into my food log I will give you the breakdown and receipt here..hope you try this if you are keto and want to stay there.....or even if you just want to eat a pizza...its ok.
Skinny Egg Pizza
2 L eggs
6 oz pizza cheese
1/4 c sauce
14 slices perpperoni
1 T chop Onion
1/4 C mushrooms
Large skillet with 1 drop olive oil add the beaten egg (salted) with half of the pizza cheese..cook till brown..turn over cook other side the same. Light oven or broiler to 400 degrees.....top egg crust with rest of the cheese and your toppings...bake till cheese get light brown.... and enjoy
1/4 Slice or if you are like me just eat the whole thing....Cause i plan too.

Hi Fred, Asian food- especially Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese & Thai... Especially the rice and noodles- that's super hard to give up!! But trying and doing pretty good with no rice & noodles 😁

Sounds great! I have come to the realization that I'm not giving up anything, just going to portion control it. While I'm not giving up anything I am adding excersises which I find I love. I love to say I workout 6 days a week. Tomorrow is my last day of my 60 day program and I plan to drop it down to 5 days a week. I'm going to try the cauliflower pizza soon. :-)

Fred hi, it is great to see your pizza idea-I can imagine this as a breakfast. It is more inspiring to read your analysis of blood work...how exactly did this get started? Do you have a cooperative MD or PA?

Hey maddog i just did research on the internet after my Doctor wanted me to go to the needle...She could not get me down below 12.0 blood fasting sugar from 20.5 and I was already taking the big mac Metformin. I found this keto diet here on Fatsecet web that i never knew about on Jan 12....two months later i went down to 5.0 total reversal below 6.1 and you are normal. Tried to explain to my doctor how i did it but she seemed to be a little confused and said she will check into it...She just told me to eat smaller meals. now no medicine needed and also no doctor either...a lot of doctors are starting to come around now...glad to hear that. oh and by the way i eat the whole pizza last night and still lost 0.4 lb. pass the pizza please
