80.3kg yesterday. Still the same today. Relieved that I've not gained, even though I ended up binging last night. Not a bad binge. Just not good.
Only had 2 coffees today. It's 4pm and thinking if I should eat food. Not hungry though. And there's lots of things to do. I don't want to eat even if I'm not hungry. Can't stop thinking about it.
Maybe if I kept busy. Writing a post to remind myself to not eat unless I need to. Can't go to the gym. Sprained my ankle. :(
Gonna get out of the house (leave my wallet behind) and go study. Maybe if I'm far away from temptation, I'll stop thinking about it. It'll be worth it tomorrow.
