Well this weekend I made puerco pibil.....and ate too much of it almost made all three meals of it, but way too many calories. I managed to finally pack it up into my little packets for future meals only one at a time. Well you guessed it gained weight(1.3#)....but thats okay(this time). Back on my Leptin diet this morning.
