Just as Knuckles said - watch what you eat. And yes may be surprised that your body actually reacts to proper eating and rest by burning more calories....a two week break may be advantageous...the best thing for weight control (in my opinion) is diet, rest and change up of exercise routines which includes not exercising - the break will give you a great chance to see how your body will react without the exercise - weigh in every morning and take note of what you ate and when you ate it(time of day). Whilst you are not exercising try to eat your last meal of the day as early as possible i.e by about 7pm (9pm at the latest) - get at least 8 hours rest/sleep.
