Wow what a difference a day makes, sunny and 50's today 75 by Friday, then another storm rolling in next week. As for me didn't workout this morning had to go get an injection in my lumbar spine to ease the pain. the doc also want to try a electric simulation unit, kind of like a tens unit but under the skin.

I had all that done to me Injection only two the doc. wont give me any more. then the simulators placed under my skin was the worse i had it removed two days latter cant sleep all the bumps on my back from that unite. MRI show lumbar l4-l5 bulge unbelievable pain cant find a place to sit or lay with out pain . I got lucky found a professor or neurosurgeon from Stanford university Ca. Working at Rose Delima hospital here in Vegas Dr Peoples had my first surgery and only one 3/2014 pain has been gone since then i do do some back exercises only when it hurts. nook on wood. i never want that pain again .Good Luck

thanks so much I have been getting the injections for about three years now, the doctor told me I could test drive the electric thing for about five days prior to making a decision so I may try that. Again thank you
