Diario de ROYAUNE, 02 oct. 11

Atkins has been going well. I really do love this eating plan. I get Blue Cheese dressing, get to fry my veggies in butter and sea salt (yumm), eat lots of meat, have a couple of cans of diet dr. pepper caffiene free pop, and let my self have an Atkins peanut butter chocolate advantage bar in the evening for a dessert. I make deals with myself for pop consumption, have to drink 2bottles of water before I let myself have a pop. I hate water. So far so good. Anyone else love the Atkins way of eating. Toughest part is really wanting a sweet so I talk myself into waiting for it in the evening.
