Resting day today, although I wish I didn't skip Monday's workout. But, tomorrow is another day.
Hopefully tomorrow's weigh in will be promising, although if I look at my unofficial weigh-ins, it will not.
What's the 411 on weighing in, directly after a workout? If anyone can give me some advice.

Always weigh yourself early in the morning about 30mins to an hour after waking up, using the loo and before consuming anything. You can actually weigh heavier after a workout. I found that drinking a glass of water before going to bed also helps to make yourself use the loo to urinate when you wake up and that helps remove some of the waste that the body accummulates whilst you sleep.
