Today started out well, I did not eat well, I admit I skipped lunch (not good idea) and had a good dinner. I had a busy day at the doctor's with my boyfriend. Tomorrow is a new day, I will be on my treadmill exercising, and eating healthy. I have to count my calories and keep my eye on the prize. GOOD LUCK LADIES!! :)
