It's been awhile since my last journal entry. I've been just feeling my way and have decided to go back to Counting Calories instead of following WW. I think it will be easier and just want to give it a try. I've been losing weight, but I really haven't been following WW for at least a month. I've just been eating less. However, some days I don't think I'm eating enough! Wow! I didn't ever think I'd say that, but I don't want my body to think that I'm starving and shut down.
