I'm so happy that I'm back on track with Zumba, now I just have to get back on track with my walks. I haven't gone on one of my 4 mile walks in 2 weeks. That is going to change this weekend :)
My next task is to start a routine with the Bowflex. I work out on it once in a while. . . . not good enough anymore! My Husband wants to join a gym. I'm down as long as they have a recumbent bike and an elliptical machine.
