Diario de Pearson16, 01 abr. 16

I'm getting some things on track as of late but exercise is not one of them. Time is not something easy to come by lately. I have been using different apps as well as my new fitbit to try to stay on track though - so far so good. I'm focusing on health all around ... bringing my stress levels down, moving more often even if it's not necessarily a workout, drinking more water, getting on a regular sleep schedule. There's lots of things that need improving and I'm working on everything little bit little.

Right now I'm enjoying some time with my grandma who is visiting from Puerto Rico - hence why it's harder to find time to work out. I barely see her. In the 20 something years I've been living in the states I've only seen her 5 times. So needless to say, grandma takes priority here. Anyway, she returns to the island in a week so then I can get on a normal work out schedule after I leave the office. All in all - even though my weight is back up, I am feeling better. I am less stressed, focusing on things that make me happier, not feeling as tired as usual, etc.

Little by little life keeps improving.
