I'm here. Kinda... sorta... not really.

I've been AWOL for a bit, and probably will be for a bit more. Sorry.

I have a tradition of going apes*** with food after a big race, so I've eaten my weight in pizza over the last few weeks. I've gained... a lot. In part from post-race festivities, and in part from a lot of stress induced buffet free-for-alls.

Lots of things on my mind right now. Once I sort everything out I'll be back on track.

Hopefully that's sooner than later.

I think I might of been that Hellifiknow you speak of when I started my path to a healthier lifestyle. WOW...so what happens to you after a marathon? I saw your picture with Sonic you were looking so GREAT...and your Halloween picture was wonderful. So I am curious what goes through your head after a race? Is it that you deserve it or a reward for the sacrifice you went through to get there...to be able to be in the race? I am trying to figure out what do you think it is that puts you in a frame of mind to almost go out of your way to undo all that you have accomplished? Seeing those pictures of you stretching after the race made me think...I will be able to do that someday...Stick with it...I look forward to you figuring this out and passing the tips on to me...It will be sometime before I reach your pictures stature but you give me strength. Thanks...one of your admirers!

Hope you sort everything out soon. FS isn't the same without you. One day at a time. I know it's hard to be here when your mind is in the wrong place, so hopefully you get it back to the right place soon. Good luck with everything.
