This has been very frustrating. I am constantly hungry- I hate this. My body is so used to consuming high fat, carbohydrate, crappy foods that it's having a difficult time regulating.
I'm glad I live far away from stores (15 min) or I'd have problems w/ stopping off and getting food, or fast food, or snacks- anything to sabotage myself.
I've started w/ PT again for my lower back- right upper hip above buttocks area. It keeps me awake at night and I don't want to get reliant on anything that will be habit forming or addictive.
My scale says I'm 219.4. It's been literally 5 years since I've been at this weight- really scary!
Hubby comes home in 8 days and I want to be 210 if at all possible by then.
The big weight on me right now is to get the taxes done. I've been really procrastinating. I've been used to having help w/them- not this time. It's totally on me.
What I need to do/plan of action:
1. Organize papers by person (R/L & S/B);
2. Categorize above into classifications
3. Find anything missing
4. Calculate
5. Copy
6. Send out.

NLT Monday of next week!

Once this is done, I'll be better as less stress- then I'll have to face penalties and pay out to IRS:(
However, I can thn move on. I will also:
7. Organize 2016 files
8. Archive 2014 & 2015 evidence
9. Shred/Burn all else.

I procrastinate nasty tasks constantly - use the 5 minute idea. I decide on something I can do for 5 minutes - after 5 minutes I decide if I can stand doing it for longer. 99% of the time you are on your way. I have ADD so big tasks are just so overwhelming and I find that I can take 5 minutes of just about anything. 5 minutes every 15 minutes may drag stuff out but it's still better than 0 minutes and those little chunks add up. Hang in there!

You can do it! Just tackle one thing at a time, and before you know it, it'll all be done. Im a Navy kid... I can remember all the times when my dad would be out to sea and everything would fall on my mom, but somehow she managed to get it all done. Military wives are some strong women :)
