So I did spike yesterday up 161 cals instead of a deficit. Had some yummy ben and jerrys new flavor (clusterfluff) I think its my favorite! I ate half a pint, so hopfully I can resist eating the reast today. I am still sick and so are my boys and hubby but I am determined to stil work out today. Hopefully a good day of eating well and burning calories will help me feel better and loose this weight! I havent weighed again yet but I dont feel like Im loosing weight sometimes I feel like i look smaller or more toned but I just dont feel "lighter" idk. I hope it comes off soon!
Been thinking about taking some Zumba classes or a bootcamp class (shivers) kind of scared of boot camp. Anyone ever take Zumba??- I dont listen to secular music so Im kind of afriad that they will have current hip hop ect music that will turn me off from going.
