So, i havent weighed in in almost 3 weeks. that's ok. ive had my birthday, a vacation to Panama and I also started a new job :D
Things have been out of whack, but slowly, im getting re-adjusted.
My weight had gone up quite a bit, but im sure that was a combination of period and food while on vacation.
