Up a bit more today. Not too discouraged yet but there is a bit of doubt in the back of my mind. Logically, I know I had a really good run there for a bit and this is just my body trying to catch up with itself. Other than the stalled weight loss things are going well.

You've done just fine, my friend. Just stick to the plan for now. If it doesn't help after a while (give it a few weeks) then consider changing up things. I'm not sure how to handle a stall on atkins, as I count calories, but on "my" diet changing up things helped enormously. As you mention, sometimes our bodies just need a break to catch up. You're most likely still losing fat, but water retention etc. with messing with the numbers. :)

There is nothing stalled about your weightloss!!! Not from what I can see in your blue line weight history chart!!! DON'T worry about a very small fluctuation! According to your chart it's very normal for you...and according to most people around here on Atkins,... it's very NORMAL for EVERYONE!!! Just stay focused, keep doing your thing... and you will keep right on going! FANTASTIC JOB on the losses so far!!! :)
