eh. weight gain this week due to menstrual cycle. 5 pound gain! so depressing. Even though I know that it is caused by my period, I still get discouraged seeing that number go up on the scale. Plus I feel all bloated and gross.

About to go for a run to try and elevate my mood. Starting the new Fitness Blender 8 week exercise program. So far have been pretty decent with my eating, even with all the cravings. Hoping that if I can stay good that I'll be back down to my 223 number this time next week!
