Hello, I used to quit when I get stuck on stalling weight in the past. This happens because I don't know what I eat and don't have a recollection of what I ate in the past which make me feel uncomfortable and defeated, that's why I used to quit. But not now, now whenever I eat I take a picture of the food and put it into an album on my phone. So when I ever I see stalled weight, or I have a bad reaction I don't feel defeated and see why that's the case, and most of the time when your weight stall, it's because you eat to much so that your body doesn't turn fat into ketones and making energy from the fat in your body but from the food you eat. TLDR: take picture of what you eat so you know TRULY how much you are eating, 2 lower the amount of food that you eat, especially carbs and sugar. Also try intermittent fasting or do what I do which I one meal a day. I lost 10.5 kg in 33 days following a strict diet of 5 days of OMAD followed by 2 days of 2 meals a day which in clude a small snack on those 2 cheat day. Remember it's not just only the food, it's also your system
