Good Luck! Try to eat what you want one day, the next, eat a well balanced diet of lots of fruits and vegs.. I have been working at this plan now for a year and a half and have lost over forty pounds. No, it's not the fastest plan but it is working! I also use Shaklee Cinch plan on my good eating days.
