So yeah the hazards of ordering while distracted. 2k calories for one meal at Baja Fresh yowzer!!! I had no meat and did not quite finish but still....that's like my whole RDI!

im sure in a few day the mistakes you made, will shrink an mr scales will be smilin at you once again...besides eating more occasionally tricks your body into thinkin your back to your old habits...an then wham...you fool your body with that healthy eating habit again...have a great day sima...

hehe thanks. Yeah I am not even logging dinner. fairly healthy over all until you get to the cheesy garlic bread. The past I made and know the ingredients and dessert was chocolate dipped strawberries which is always a fairly healthy treat but those plus my lunchy Iwas proabbly at like 4k calories lol! So I am eating oatmeal today for breakfast my helthy lasagna for lunch and a sensible dinner with my hubby.

At least I did 6k steps. better than the last few Mondays. Onto 7500 today!
