Have started weighing myself every day. I think it helps in that I can see the fluctuations my body makes based on what I ate the previous day. For example..... Had a cheat meal last night for dinner (after workout) including Chinese vegetables, fried rice, vegetable soup and homemade shrimp sauce (basically mayo and spices!!), all of which was LOADED with sodium (and calories!), so this AM there was no surprise at the weight increase. So today I am focusing on anti-bloat foods to try and fight all the water retention from the sodium.... did my workout this am, made out my meal plan for the week and made out my grocery list. Have also noticed that it's very difficult to reach my protein goals eating vegetarian. I really have to focus on it. Lots of eggs, nuts, seeds, yogurt, beans, cottage cheese, etc. I dunno how vegans do it!!! I even made myself a protein shake yesterday (2 scoops natural protein powder, frozen banana, fresh blueberries, and water) to try and get my protein numbers up. Gotta keep an eye on that and just keep plugging away at workouts. Also saw a recipe on pinterest for a daily detox tea.. Detox Tea looks good, gonna try it
