Diario de cnith, 12 feb. 16

Well, apparently keep on trucking isn't working out... I had a disastrous day yesterday as far as food goes. I cannot control myself with crap food, so I have to go back to nature. ONE good piece of good news (?) is that sugar is no longer tolerated as well as I thought. That tiny slice of sock it to me was sweet, but tolerable... that cupcake was a nightmare... I tasted sugar like I had eaten 5 lbs! It was greasy too... so I can mark off cupcakes. Pizza, however seems to be another story. I think I'll have to use that as a treat meal. Granted, I don't eat a whole pizza (never could) but I definitely cannot stop at one slice though I SHOULD!. I'm better off with the personal size since less calories and feels more "accomplished" if that makes sense? Slices are too easy to eat and keep going.

In other news, anyone ever tried oopsie bread? Is it good?
