I had my bad surgery. Then Valentine's Day, then my birthday, and then, and then, and then. I have completely let go of myself and I am becoming very unhappy. I have been making zero effort to keep weight off, let alone work towards my original goal. Man have I lost my motivation.
I will do better. As they say, each day is a new opportunity for a better day.
Here I am. I can't escape myself,so we're going to do it!
