I think I might start logging my food again. At least for the next month until my vacation. I have been gaining a little and I feel really fat. I know it's only a few pounds but if I don't catch it early than it will be a lot more than that one day! I also think I am going to try and stick to certain foods ever day like eggs for breakfast and salad for lunch and maybe a yogurt in the afternoon. After that just eat whatever but make it a reasonable portion and control. We shall see how this goes. The good thing is I go to the store everyday so I don't have junk laying around or anything ectra laying around for that matter, lol. Hope all is well with my buddies??
