I just can't seem to find any motivation this week! I want to sit on my arse and eat crap!! I went to a seminar on nutrition last week by Darren Ellis and it was really good, nothing ground breaking but good sound advice but since Tuesday I have just had no will power past lunch, I'm still going to crossfit and thank god for lent lucky I gave up baked goods or it might have been worse but I'm struggling to find the place where the sugar monster doesn't body snatch me. Arghhhh need a systems reset on the bright side a lady from the gym is going to my measurements for me next week, I need to get back to slaying those dragons x

I couldn't have lost the weight without doing Atkins, the cravings would have sabotaged everything. Like the movie, "Requiem for a Dream" where the mother is so hungry she hallucinates the refrigerator is attacking her.

Look at your weight loss for motivation! You're in the orange! Keep that going!!!!!! Post encouraging comments to others here--that will actually help you too and keep your hands and mind busy. Good luck! You CAN do this!
