Enjoying some quality time with my family during a little getaway before my #1 starts kindergarten this fall 🥰 probably won’t be losing any pounds this week but vacation is a special treat so I’m okay with taking it easy for a couple days.

so adorable 😍 my youngest start Junior Kindergarten this year also. it's such a bittersweet thing! happy but sad at the same time.

Probably. I haven't ever heard of Junior Kindergarten until I moved to South Dakota. It's not an Illinois thing I grew up with.

I was full of emotions when my boys started kindergarten. I shouldn't have been. They both told me to leave as they were fine. I felt the same when we took them to college. And I'll feel the same when the grand kids go off.
