I finally weighed myself after the crazy eating on Saturday. The damage isn't much and I'm confident I can get back to 241.4 in a couple of days. I had a good time celebrating my fiance's birthday on Saturday even though the menu for the day was unhealthy. This is life... not every day is gonna be healthy, what counts is that you get back on track right after.
