Not going to weigh in every morning for at least a week.
I know when I see flux going up its water. But it triggers me and I wind up eating whatever garbage I can find.
So going to try just weighing in on Wednesdays which is the day I take my Mounjaro shots.
I did not weigh in today because of my over reaction to the scale yesterday.
