patty good diet you are on but watch the carbs.....they have a tendency to creep up on you and then weight loss stops. every day i research how this diet works. The key is in the carbs.....low carbs fast weight loss...high carbs body will just switch and store all you fat as more fat. no weight loss. painful right? I look at carbs as the enemy to weight loss.

My "rules" for MY LCHF: up the fat, minimum 70%, protein 20%, watch the dairy, no low fat or reduced fat products. These are the things I have learned mostly from here and have worked for me. AND no "molasses", lol. You are doing great!
