Diario de Rockiesfan, 04 feb. 16

Well I reckon I am stuck I did a pre weight today no change so I reckon my weight tomorrow will be the same, I guess I will change things up a bit and see where that takes me. Best thing I am still under 200 and have been for sometime. I kind of split the difference with the HRM this morning in said 610 calories burnt and I know I was sweating like pig and heart rate at 152 by the time I finished but I still thought that was high, I really need to go get a new battery for my over HRM I think it was more accurate.

I've heard that its better to weight yourself either weekly, bi weekly, or once a month as your weight tends to fluctuate.
