I’ve definitely hit a plateau of some kind. Don’t really know what the issue is but I haven’t dropped any weight in the last week. It’s not making much sense to me especially because I intentionally hit a much more aggressive deficit this week. I feel great, the increase in my deficit hasn’t really affected my mood, energy, or sleep which I am happy about but not seeing it reflect on the scale is a little disappointing.
Since the 15th I’ve averaged a daily intake of 1,303 calories with an average expenditure of 2,786. I know there is room for error with the projected calorie expenditure but with an approximate deficit of 1,400 a day I was definitely expecting progress this week.
Oh well, such is life I guess. Gotta keep going and try to break this plateau.
