Alright back on track. I feel better already. I feel full and bloated. Maybe from yesterday. under calories for the day: B: 2 turkey sausage & V8
Snack: hummus. No celery. Just a spoon. :) And quite a bit but I logged it all L: 2 cups arugula w/ 1 serving of turkey pepperoni & reduced fat cheddar shredded and melted. Like pizza. Sort of. Lol. Snack: walnuts. 1 serving. D: kale/arugula salad w/snap peas celery & tuna salad I made myself with northern beans fresh parsley celery onion and jicama root. And hot chocolate made with cocoa and Splenda and almond milk. Yay.

I never drank enough water for years. The job I had didn't allow for potty breaks so I just didn't drink anything till I got off work. But since I retired and hooked up with fat secret and started reading, I found out that drinking enough water, and even more than recommended, truly helps burn more calories, makes the body work so much better too in many ways. Can't emphasize how important it is!

Ok but I totally just had eggs and bacon. Like a lot of bacon. Only two eggs. But that's in the LCHF spirit. Am I actually supposed to stay under 20 carbs per day?? Or is that just some people.

Ok but my stomach sort of hurts now I haven't eaten bacon in a month. And I really went for it lol ....BUT... I didn't NOT have pancakes or French toast or potatoes!!!! So yay I guess. Don't want to throw up at dinner tonight though lol. So as much fat is fine but 25 net carbs? The regular low carb low fat SB didn't work ... So I'm happy to try this way. I just feel so much better without grains and sugar and fruit .... I will stick to that as my body is SO MUCH better after one full day of giving that up ....
