Diario de Ieksie, 25 ene. 16

Urgh... I love it and hate it when my cousin comes to visit... Love it, because we are closer than sisters & hate it because we totally go crazy on the food & wine. And I really really hate that. We are a family of eaters. So if I don't control myself I will become one of those morbidly obese people who will have to be air lifted out of my house... (Just kidding, but that's how I feel sometimes). So... this was a crazy binge weekend, and now I'm back to square one... Bleh!

1128 kcal Grasa: 52,71g | Prot: 63,70g | Carbh: 104,11g.   Desayuno: Butter, Mashed Potato, Plums, Nescafe Classic. Almuerzo: Cheddar Cheese, Onions, Carrots, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes. Cena: Clover Sour Cream, Clover Gouda Cheese, Cucumber (with Peel), Tomatoes, Chicken Breast, Flour Tortillas. más...

Have u added fast days to your week Leksie ? Sorry to always say this but it really works for me and others and allows us to enjoy eating junk foods and still maintain weight loss. Lost over 21kg already and I eat burgers, bunnies, rice, potatoes, pasta, chocolates, cakes, etc. I always suggest fast days to people on here because most people have never heard of such a method of weight loss that can be easily sustainable :)

Yeah thanx... I'm still contemplating that one... I do the intermittent fasting though.

Intermittent Fasting + 5:2 or 4:3 works sooooo well together. In fact its easier to do a fast day because of IF. Keep in mind that you can eat tons of food on a fast day and all u have to do is choose to make meals with low calorie foods like broccoli, mushroom, butternut, cabbage, cucumber, lettuce, tomato, etc. Don't let anyone mislead u to think u have to eat less quantity on a fast day. The no-food fasting is an Advanced form of it and u dont need to do that to have a fast day.
