OMG I have the WORST HEADACHE...heated up a can of chicken broth & had 1/2 of a can - took an Excedrin Migraine...still nothing. Now I'm getting really nauseous...Why oh why did I put myself through this!!
OK so day 1 didn't go as planned...awful head...lost my lunch :-( Unable to eat on plan for dinner...didn't want anything but ate a cup of chicken noodle soup. Hope tomorrow is better!!
