Diario de eh_dah, 21 oct. 09

So i haven't gone out to buy a scale yet so I haven't weighed in for the week. But I have eleminated a lot of things from my diet in the last week. Things such as soda, 95% of my sugar and 85% of my carb intake, and 80% of fast foods.

Fast foods was always easy for me to do as a working parent during the week and a taxi cab driver to birthday parties, slumber parties, games and so on on the weekends leaving no time to go grocery shopping. I've come up with a great idea and that was to make a specific grocery list print out to give my husband on his days off (Tues - Thurs) so he can go shop while the kids are at school and I am at work. This way I'm not tempted to buy "junk" or "extras".

We've made a few of the recipes posted on this site and my family loved them. This is a big change --- it's going to get better...
