9st 8.5 (2.5 off at WW) It's coming down, I'm really pleased. The sun is shining and that's always such a boost! I noticed over the longer term my graph on here shows a definite upward trend, even though it's not a steep incline it's that gradual creep that I want to keep aware of and guard against.
