Today I was feeling bit low and exhausted. At the moment I told myself it's okay to feel like that sometimes. So I heard my inner voice and took an extra sleep/nap of 2 hours. After waking up I had my lovely Coffee which lifted mood somewhat Then I pushed myself to go for my steps saying to have little walk Once I reached ground I ended up doing run and walk for 1 hour completing 8k steps. After coming back I had my dinner of Oats porridge cooked with some sattu for protein. That's all guys. Happy day because i made it out of comfort zone.
