Diario de ketosperiment, 11 ene. 16

Hard to log during the weekends, but did ~mmm...ok. (aside from those 2 pieces of pizza) I'm not going to beat myself up over that though.

I have successfully stayed away from sugar (again, aside from the crap that's in the pizza) and that's a HUGE win!

I did take my normal Keto O/S, however I missed an hour of sleep and was kinda tired. My workout today wasn't really strong. I am noticing that there are 3 keys in play that help me show results in strength, less inflammation and leaning out: Ketones, sleep and cut out the sugar.

Ketone test this morning showed a trace of ketones. Back at it!
