I’m trying to be honest with myself and not shame myself for the choices I make, but recognize what I’m doing. I’ll be sure to pass on your advice to my cardiologist, nephrologist, & neurologist tho. FYI this was shredded chicken breast meat I put over a bed of lettuce and tomatoes. I failed to photograph it tho, so I used an image from the restaurant.
