Hey so I just came back from a long time of not keeping track of my food and now I started again and if you could I would love it if you could give me some good recommendations of food that I can cook at home. Thank you😊😊😊

I would focus on high protein, high vegetables and low effort meals. There is a lot and I don't know your tastebudds, so I would just tipe in on google: easy and healthy high protein meals. For me, the ones with a good amount of fat and less carbs work best :) If you have a sweet tooth, I would make overnight oats with different fruits, oats, chiaseeds, flaxseeds and almond milk or just snack on grapes ^^ There is also a lot of recipies on overnight oats :) I love to cook simple, so I will put salmon in to a pan and heat creamspinach and thats it😂 love it👌🏽
