Diario de Aikonony, 04 may. 24

Ive been really craving a Club sandwich for the past few days, and now my mom, 2 sisters & I are at a breakfast restaurant (yes at 3 pm). At this place tho, I usually get the Belgian Waffle. If I get the Belgian waffle (around 600 kcal) Ill be happy with what I ate cuz its also what Im used to, but Im also really craving the club sandwich (around 1000 kcal) which Id probably eat like half of and continue to eat the rest of it for the rest of the day (fries included, within the 1000 kcal). So Im really questioning what I should get, should I get the waffle or the club sandwich?? Pls help 😭😭😭

So which one did you end up getting the waffle or the club sandwich? If you run to the situation again where you're going to get one or the other my best guess would be better to fulfill your craving and choose the one with the best nutritional value. For example you're sandwich has more chance of having nutrients because it has protein, hopefully some veggies on it, some cheese which would have some dairy, where as your Belgian waffle probably has well carbs, and sugar, perhaps some fruit on top but a small amount at best and most people do put butter if not syrup on their waffles which is an added calories. My choice would be the sandwich because you said that you would eat it over the course of the day and it'd be easier to course correct in your woe plan. What I typically do is to eat a small meal for breakfast make my going out to eat meal my larger meal of the day and then eat sensible dinner and try to make sure to get in an extra walk so that I know that my digestion will be ramped up for the evening. Walking has been shown to increase the digestion systems effectiveness and sometimes increases its speed it is no magic tool, but it can help your body to do its normal processes water also helps these processes. The best thing to do is to eat healthy diet most of the time so that when you do make choices like this your body is able to coarse correct and move on we all are going to make choices from day to day that aren't the best but as long as we're making good choices most of the time our body will most of the time be able to compensate for when we make bad choices not to say this is a bad choice just not your best choice. If that makes any sense. Either way I hope you enjoyed your meal with your family after all having a meal with your family is a treasured experience and one that we will not always get to enjoy.

I ended up getting the club sandwich! Unfortunately my craving wasnt fully fulfilled because it had spinach which I really dont like, the taste of it was overbearing and its mostly what I could taste. I ended up eating half the sandwich with the intention of saving the other half for later, and I took it to-go. When I got home I started packing my clothes (cuz were moving houses) and picking out what I want and dont want, and without me noticing my brother opened the package and took out the sandwich. He hadnt ate it or anything yet, but Im very germophobic and I already know he didnt wash his hands before touching the sandwich (let alone with soap) so when he asked, I just let him have the rest of the sandwich. U can see the sandwich on my profile! I posted it not too long ago ofc. The sandwich is 2 layers on top of eachother! Its not that huge dont worry (Height wise). I believe Im a pretty healthy person, I eat fruit salads multiple times a week, I enjoy fruits and vegetables for snacks (yellow bellpepper is rly good btw!!). Either way, thanks for ur opinion!
