So I am here again.....at least I know my way back.

Yes, I feel all the crappy feelings a higher weight brings...but I am determined to do a turn around this year. I want to be fitter, slimmer and healthier.

I am back to treadmill walking - doing half and hour in the morning and the other half when I get home from work...watching the first series of Orange is the New Black...half an episode a session.

Then at work I have put a whiteboard at the top of the stairs (workshop downstairs and offices upstairs) and we all have to mark off how many times we walk up and down the stairs....if we haven't done it 10 times by the end of the day...we have to make up the difference before we leave. Nothing like a bit of competition to get people motivated....although worried some people might have a heart attack! I know my limitations and fully understand I was built for stamina and not speed!
