been actually doing this diet and exercise since july 18th when i came back from doc who said i am heading for diabetis! She told me to eat no more than 45 carbs per meal and exercise 1/2 hr. a day. started taking pills for diabetis also. doing great so far. very motivated.have lost 13 lbs. so far. hope to be 170 when i go back to doc in november,which happens to be my 50th birthday. i havent been under 200 lbs. in years. feels great! i usually give up on diets after like 2 months and take forever to get motivated again. i pray i can keep this going for life!
