Day after Christmas weighed in at 211 Today 9 days later I weigh in at 205.2 The one thing I did different on LCHF was lessen the fat I am adding daily and upped the protein just a tad. In order for my body to burn the existing fat I carry I had to moderate just how many fat calories I was putting in. Good Motivation for the week. Happy Sunday everyone.
