Took a ride over to Savers some amazing low carb cookbooks 4 to be exact for only 2.99 each and the 5th one free was an Atkins The Complete Atkins book which is awesome. all for around 11 and some change... Most of the books give you exacts on how many carbs in the recipes. It was a blessing. Great day! Then over to Ocean State job lots for some amazing spices to add some flavor Im getting burnout lol on tastes. Im adding Sardines, Herring also for the menu . The tastebuds are feeling a bit testy lately... There is a world of low carb tasty recipes out there this ole gal to explore. That was my problem before I got burn out on the same ole same ole.
