Thank you Cici! I am hoping and looking forward to the same. Over the past five years I have shifted my diet to be very low in protein and I have faced negative consequences as a result including a loss of skeletal muscle (and a resulting lower metabolism or BMR). I continued to eat my "usual" number of calories- whatever that might have been- and for the first time in my life experienced the number on the scale climb higher and higher. Now I'm trying hard to fix my body composition! The things we learn in hindsight..
